Refund policy

At Mialela Studio, each mahjong mat is carefully made to order with attention to detail and quality.

Returns
We accept returns for non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items
Because many of our products are made to order or personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Personalized or custom items
- Items made to your specific design request
- Sale or clearance items

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production may already have started, so cancellation requests may no longer be possible.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
