At Mialela Studio, we carefully prepare and ship every order to ensure it arrives safely.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Processing time includes order confirmation, quality inspection, packaging, and preparation for shipment.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is usually:

  • United States: 7–14 business days
  • International orders: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak holiday periods.

Shipping Cost

We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking may take several business days to update while the package is being transferred to the local delivery carrier. For U.S. orders, USPS tracking may become active only after the package arrives in the United States.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that the address can be changed once the order has entered production or has been shipped.

Mialela Studio is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Customs and Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs processing may also cause additional delivery delays.

Delayed or Lost Packages

Shipping delays may occasionally occur due to customs inspections, severe weather, high shipping volume, or carrier-related issues.

If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period or your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us so we can assist you.

Packages Marked as Delivered

If your tracking shows that the package was delivered but you cannot find it, please:

  1. Check around your property, mailbox, front door, or other secure delivery areas.
  2. Ask family members, neighbors, or building management.
  3. Contact the local shipping carrier for delivery details.

Please contact us if you still cannot locate the package after completing these steps.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the shipping packaging

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
