Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Personalized & Custom Products
Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you.
Warranty
All products sold by Mialela Studio come with a 7-day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
